Material and Finish: At Journey Iron, we love what we do. We prepare each piece as if we were going to display it in our own home. Most of our signs and products are cut from 14 gauge or 18 gauge steel, then hand ground and finished with a protective paint or clear coat to prevent rust and corrosion. If you select Raw Steel as a finish, please understand that each piece will have its own unique patina and will change with age and exposure to the elements.
Turnaround Time: The time required to prepare an item for shipping varies based on options selected. Color or mounting selections may increase the timeline slightly; however, we always try to ship orders within one week of purchase. If placing a custom order, an estimated turnaround time will be provided in our initial email follow up.
Estimated Shipping Time: Within the United States, we estimate 3-5 days to ship most items. We can't guarantee this, but will always try our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds or cancellations on custom or sale items. For all other items, if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will either 1) provide you with a new, similarly priced item of your choice, or 2) refund your money.
