Hi there. I'm Stephanie. My husband (Jay) and I started Journey Iron in October 2016. We like to think it's the perfect combo of Jay's mad mechanical skills and my love for polishing rough edges. He's an engiNERD, I mean engineer, by day - and is pretty much the smartest person I know. He's the guy that doesn't need to call the mechanic, electrician or contractor...he just magically knows how to do all these things. I bring the whimsy and design (Jay says CRAZY) to the operation. I run my own PR + Marketing consultancy, which allows me to work from home and keep up with our daughter, Audrey.

We are a true family operation. All of our creations are handmade in Dublin, Ohio, using high quality 14 to 18 gauge steel. We design, cut, grind and finish every piece ourselves (with a little help from our CNC plasma table, aka. Johnny-Five). We love what we do, and we prepare each piece as if we were going to display it in our own home.
